BYUH students have access to free fitness classes. Must bring school ID to join.

Yoga with Mckenna

Every Monday and Wednesday, join us for yoga in the Dance Studio from 5-6 pm.

High Fitness with Kirsten

Every Monday and Wednesday, join us for high fitness in the Dance Studio from 6-7 pm.

High Fitness with Sadie

Every Tuesday and Thursday, join us for high fitness in the Dance Studio from 6-7 pm.
